Time in a day

We all have the same amount of time in one day. Every human being has the same 24 hours. It's about what you choose to do within that time that makes you stand out or fall behind. It's also about how bad you want your desired future. Let's say you sleep for 7 hours - that's 17 hours left in your day. 17 hours!! 17 full hours to make a change, improve, learn, study, grow! Turn off the TV, put away your phone and do what you know needs to be done.

Here's an example to see this a bit clearer: You go to sleep at 11pm, wake up at 6am. Go to work for 9am. Come home at 6pm. Does that mean you're done for the day? No. You have from 6pm to 11pm to get shit done for YOURSELF. That's 5 hours to study, workout and do what needs to be done to reach your goals. You're saying you can't make it to the gym for 1 hour within these 5 hours? Absolute BS. Don't like working out in the evening for whatever reason? Well, then go to sleep at 10pm instead of 11pm and wake up at 5am to get a workout in before you need to start getting ready for work. There is absolutely no excuse why you cannot get an hour workout in your day. Listen, if you're still coming up with excuses after reading this, it's very simple - YOU DON'T WANT IT BAD ENOUGH. You don't want to lose those extra 10 pounds bad enough, you don't want to have your abs show bad enough, you don't want to gain muscle bad enough, you don't want to be stronger bad enough, you don't want to lose that baby weight bad enough - I could keep going. Other people are in the gym getting their hour in who are in the same boat as you. The difference is that they want it MORE THAN YOU. Are you going to let this happen? In order to become successful, you need to be the absolute best you can be. As long as you are giving it your best, you are already on the path to success. It's not a competition with others but with yourself. But to be successful, you need to be the one who puts in the work. The one at the gym while your peers are sleeping. The one coming up with a game plan for your goals while your peers are watching TV. This needs to be you and it can be.

Once I realized this concept of time myself, I put it into action immediately. I am a morning person so waking up earlier was the direction for me. Instead of getting out of bed at 8am, I began getting up at 7am. That was one extra hour I was giving myself to work on ME. Then it changed to 6:30am and then to 6am. Now, it depends on if I work that day or not whether I wake up at 6 or 6:30am. My body and mind begin to wake up that time even without an alarm clock. My PASSION, DETERMINATION and DISCIPLINE run through my body and wake me up when it's time. I want it BAD and I will do whatever it takes. I want those extra hours. I want that extra time to improve myself and to do what needs to be done to get me closer to my future.
