Strengthening your body during COVID-19

Our respiratory and immune systems are the systems being hit the hardest here. If you're luckily still in a COVID-Free state, then prevention is KEY. We need to strengthen our bodies to be able to fight off anything that may come our way! This is my free COVID-19 support plan for you!



COVID-19 SUPPORT PLAN:


Nutrition:

1. Drink at least 3 bottles of water every single day

2. Eat at least one green vegetable every single day

3. Increase your fibre intake

4. Avoid artificial sugars as much as you can

5. Avoid refined carbohydrates


Supplements*:

1. Vitamin C (with bioflavonoids)

2. Zinc

3. B-complex

4. Essential fatty acids


Lifestyle:

1. Improve the quality of your sleep

2. Maintain consistent and frequent exercise

3. Practice stress management. Do something you actually enjoy!

4. If you're a smoker, now is the time to quit :)





Take this time to use for yourself. While you're doing what you can, staying home being "bored", take this time to support your body and grow into a healthier and better person. Take the time to think about what'd you like to improve! Make a plan and do something every single day to make it happen.
