On a Spaghetti squash craze these days! It's super simple to cook, super nutritious and great for those low carb days! If you're a garlic lover like myself, you will love this recipe!!



1 medium spaghetti squash

6 cloves of garlic

2 tbsp olive oil



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Cut spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the insides

  3. Coat both halves of squash with 1 tbsp of olive oil + cut up garlic per half. Make sure it's all evenly coated with both. Sprinkle with salt.

  4. Place cut side up, lightly covered with foil in the oven for 30 minutes

  5. Take out and bake uncovered for the last 15 minutes

  6. You'll know it's ready when it easily pulls apart with a fork!

  7. Enjoy with a little more olive oil, tomato sauce, pesto sauce or on its own!

I made this one with pasta sauce and veggie grounds! DELICIOUS !
